Summary of the new findings of the thesis: By using the regression analysis, the results show that the restructuring activities have positive impact on the performance of the Bach Dang Construction Corporation. Author also point out the theoretical and practical contributions of this research, the limitations of this research and suggestion for future research.
12. Practical applicability: The research result may apply to Bach Dang Construction Corporation in order to improve Enterprise Restructuring activities in the future. The result may be a useful document for other State-Owned Enterprise.
